Mike’s Roofing Co. L.L.C. is a quality provider of residential, commercial and industrial roofing. Our crews are experienced in shingles, metal, and flat roofs. Of course you can always call us for emergency tarping. Whether it is a new roof, a repair, a “Tear off” or a reroof our goal is a quality roof and a happy customer.
Mike’s Roofing installs T.P.O. and EPDM commercial roofing. We are certified for NDL’s for Johns Manville Products. We are here to meet your commercial roofing needs.
We strive to be the best roofing company in the area. We protect your home from falling debris by tarping or placing plywood around the parameter. The flowers, bushes, gardens etc. around the work area are also tarped or plywood placed around the area to protect from breakage. Our laborers hammer down any popped up nails from the tear off process and the gutters are cleaned. They also clean the yard and driveway from any roof debris and run a magnet to ensure that all nails are picked up. Our installers will replace any rotten or damaged wood (at an additional charge) and also take pictures for your peace of mind. Our goal is to complete the job and have another satisfied customer

GUTTERS

We have been installing seamless guttering and down spouts for 20 years.

Colors
 We offer 16 standard in stock colors and 35 special order colors that are available.

 Sizes
We offer a 5” standard gutter that is 0.27 gauge or a commercial 6” gutter that is 0.32 gauge. (5” gutter is standard for most homes and the 6” gutter is recommended for a commercial or a steep large roof area with heavy water flow.) We even go one step further and our professional installers place our gutter hangers every 16” to 24” apart for your protection for placing ladders up against the gutter to prevent the bending of gutters. (gutter cleaning, Christmas lights etc.)
 
Gutter Guard
Our company can also install Z-Lock gutter guard that is a heavy gauge screen with baked on enamel finish (black) (this gutter guard is not a roll screen it is 3 foot sections)

SIDING

>We install all types of vinyl siding which is virtually maintenance free with a full line of colors.

Styles

Care
Regular maintenance of a little soap and water, power washing or hosing due to outdoor natural elements every 1-3 years. 

Repairs
Our professional installers can also repair/replace any wind/storm damaged or damage caused by flying objects to the siding (example: weed eater/lawn mower, kids playing baseball or your spouse practicing golf in the yard)

TUCK- POINTING

Tuck-pointing Chimneys
In our line of work we find a lot of deteriorating chimneys that the customer is not aware of. In some cases it is the chimney that is the cause of the leak not the actual roof.
We offer tuck-pointing to the chimney which is grinding the old mortar out and replacing with new mortar. We go ¾” deep at least and this will prevent the new mortar from popping out due to natural elements. 

Caps
Over the years we have found that a lot of chimney caps are cracked. (a chimney cap is the concrete cap that covers the actual brick on the top of the chimney) Water gets into the crack and freezes, then expands and this will cause the mortar to pop and sometimes the face of the brick to pop off. 

Rebuilding  
Some chimneys are so bad that there are no other options but to rebuild from the roof line up. 

SOFFIT AND FASCIA 

Soffit
Soffit is the tail of a rafter that overhangs the outside wall of the house and ranges 16” to 24” overhang. It also overhangs on the gable ends of the house by 16”. The purpose of enclosing the overhang is strictly cosmetic and finishes the homes exterior for great curb appeal.

We offer a wide range of colors to match your homes exterior. 

Fascia
Fascia is used to wrap the gutter boards and rake boards so it eliminates the maintenance of painting. It also finishes the end of the soffit to give a clean finished appearance.
